Design

Conductor : stranded tinned copper AWG20 (0.50mm2, 16×0.20mm)
Insulation : PE compound nominal diameter 2.40mm
Pair : 2 insulated conductors stranded together into a pair and wrapped by PES tape
Colour code : 1.White/blue  2.White/orange  3. White/green  4.White/brown
Assembling : 1, 2 or 4 pairs assembled together into a compact core. Fillers used if necessary.
Overall screen 1 : aluminium/polyester tape (coverage 100%) with stranded tinned copper drain wire 7×0.20mm.
Overall screen 2 : tinned copper braid (nominal coverage 85%)
Jacket : black Fire Retardant and UV-Resistant LSZH material, SHF1
Marking : APS Finland – ww/yy – RS485 SHF1 MARINE CABLE … PAIRS 20AWG 120 OHM – IEC60332-3-24 Cat.C – P/N + lot + meter
