Design
Conductor material: stranded plain copper conductor according to IEC60228 Cl.2, 0,50mmq (7×0,30mm)
Insulation: PVC extruded compound
Lay up: cores stranded into triads. Colors: red, white, green/yellow.
Single screen: on each pair polyester tape + aluminium/mylar tape 100% coverage and 25% overlap with metal side in contact with a tinned copper drain wire 7×0,30 size 0,5sqmm, and over the screen a further mylar tape.
Assembly: triads twisted in bundle
Overall screen: aluminium/mylar tape 100% coverage with 25% overlap with metal side in contact with a tinned drain wire 7×0,30.
Outer Sheath: special PVC Low Smoke and Fume extruded compound
Marking: APS Finland – ww/yy – FIRE RETARDANT CONTROL CABLE RE4XHOHR n°x3x0.50 – 300/500V – PVC +90°C – IEC60332-3-24 – P/N – lot + meter
